Welcome to the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission’s Portal

The Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission’s Portal (WAIRC Portal) can be used to lodge your initial application form and any supporting material, as well as any other forms or submissions required to be lodged throughout the course of your matter.

Registering for an Account

In order to lodge a form or document online through the WAIRC Portal, you are required to Register Here. You will need to provide an email address and some other personal details in order to create an account. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been created.

Once you have created an account, you will be able to save partially completed forms and return to them later. You will receive automatic notifications as your application progresses and have the ability to submit additional documentation or amend documents if required.

If you are unable to, or would prefer not to lodge your application through the portal, PDF versions of the forms can be accessed via 'More Information' of each form on the Forms page.
